Viarco - Indústria de Lápis, Lda offer to all clients two different ways to receive the products purchased in our Online Shop.
According to the weight the client will receive his order by mail at mailbox or through a specialized courier.
To the order value will be add the transportation cost.
RETURNS
It only will be allowed returns in case of product defect or change of product and after client contact with online shop.
The period to devolution products is 10 days after the purchase and it can be done since the product is returned with the original inner box and same conditions as it was sold
The return transportation cost is entire client responsibility.
